Liaoning Huarong Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd (originally named Liaoning Huarong metallurgy Petrol-Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd) locates in Chinese steel capital －Anshang. It is a new high-tech enterprise in Liaoning province, and is Industrial and commercial Bureau-designated enterprise exempt from quality inspection. It products various carbonization, alloy steel, and stainless steel productions 30,000 ton every year.

　Main business as following:

The various kinds of pressure vessel design manufacture such as : all kinds of heating-exchange, transporting, separate，tower, mixing equipments and sphericity tank welding and ball shell plank （design license: TS1221021-2007 manufacture license: TS2210479－2011）。

Heavy equipment：500—10000T oil-pressure machine，cold volumes 50—170mm hydraulic bender，various of steel-construction gyroscope stove with independent intellectual property rights。

A：coking industry：gasification cold equipment、spraying saturator、continuous sulphur melter。
B：petrochemical industry：mobile gas and oil separating equipment。
C：general mechanism：desktop gun，electric control temperature automatic drainage device , compress gas dredge equipment (Air tube )。

Huarong’s mainly heavy equipments include：a 500 tons, and1500 tons oil-pressure machine；a 4.5×4.5×25m heat treatment furnace；φ4m vertical lathe；2100×100 hydraulic bender； 3250×170 hydraulic bender（maximum code plate ability are 100mm, and 170mm）, a 200 tons bridge crane., 32 tons and 20 tones each of two bridge-style cranes, two of 400tons and 200 tons automatic frequency conversion tire machines，two of hydraulic expansion machine。

Huarong’s mainly welding equipments include：seven submerged arc automatic welding machine, a two-thread automatic welding machine,  automatic stack and  narrow gap automatic welding machine of each，and other hundreds of automatic, semi-automatic and manual welding equipments.

Huarong’s mainly inspection equipments include: three sets of γ-ray source，nine sets of X-ray detection machine, chemical and physical testing devices of each of set。

The whole product processing is managed by advanced computer management systems. According to the full control of the consumption of raw materials , product progress and the quality of each product of procedure, effectively improve the overall quality of products, and make sure each of product’s quality and completed time。
